المسؤوليات:

• تشغيل وصيانة وحدات تقليل ضغط الغاز الطبيعي (PRS) وضواغط الغاز وحاويات CNG.

• صيانة وحدات PRS لضبط تدفق الغاز ودرجة الحرارة والضغط حسب المتطلبات في مواقع العملاء.

• مراقبة معلمات تشغيل PRS وحاويات الغاز المتنقلة من خلال ملاحظة البيانات الواردة لضمان عملية غاز آمنة وموثوقة.

• تحميل الغاز الطبيعي المضغوط في التدرجات الضغط المطلوبة وتفريغه في موقع العميل ضمن نطاقات الضغط ومعدل التدفق المطلوبة.

• إجراء أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وإجراء الصيانة الدورية.

• إجراء الفحوصات والاختبارات والمعايرة وفقًا لتوصيات الشركة المصنعة للمعدات.

• الإشراف على أداء العمال والفنيين المعنيين بأعمال الصيانة والإصلاحات الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية لضمان تنفيذ المهام في الوقت المحدد.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• مهارات في استخدام AutoCAD وفي مجال الإنشاءات.

• خبرة سابقة في مجال الغاز الطبيعي المضغوط (CNG).

• مهارات قوية في الصيانة وإدارة الفرق الفنية.

• معرفة قوية بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

Job Title:
CNG Technician

Location:
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNG/natural gas pressure reduction units, compressors, and CNG containers.

• Maintain PRSs to regulate the gas flow, temperature, and pressure according to the customer’s site requirements.

• Monitor PRS and mobile container operation parameters by observing data for safe and reliable gas operation.

• Load CNG in cascades at required pressure ranges and discharge it at the customer's site within the required pressure and flow rate ranges.

• Carry out preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and minor/major overhauls.

• Perform all manufacturer-recommended inspections, tests, and calibration tasks for equipment or devices.

• Supervise and perform day-to-day tasks for workers and technicians maintaining and repairing mechanical or electrical issues to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Skills in AutoCAD and construction experience.

• Prior experience in compressed natural gas (CNG) systems.

• Strong maintenance and team management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
