Job Details
Waagner Biro Bridge Services is hiring a Document Controller with at least 5 years of UAE experience to support a major bridge construction project in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage all project documentation and ensure smooth, compliant workflows that meet both internal and authority standards.
Responsibilities

Set up and manage document control systems for project files including drawings, reports, submittals, permits, and correspondence

Handle document flow between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities (RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc.)

Track and distribute project documents to ensure timely delivery and proper filing
-
Maintain accurate records of document versions and approvals (digital and hard copies)

تقديم الدعم الفني خلال الأعمال الميدانية المتعلقة بالمرور

حفظ السجلات الخاصة بجميع الخطط وتقارير التفتيش والمراسلات

تقديم تقارير دورية بالأداء والملاحظات والتوصيات
الشروط
-
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة النقل أو ما يعادلها
-
خبرة مثبتة في هندسة المرور أو تخطيط النقل (ويُفضل في الإمارات)
-
معرفة شاملة بدليل التحكم المروري في الإمارات وإجراءات السلطات المحلية
-
قدرة على مراجعة الخطط الفنية وتحديد المخاطر
-
مهارة في إعداد التقارير الفنية واستخدام أدوات التفتيش
-
القدرة على العمل مع فرق متعددة وتنسيق الجهود مع الجهات الحكومية
-
مهارات تواصل وتنسيق قوية
-
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
