Scope:
The Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager / Account Manager in delivering contractual FM provisions related to Soft Services. This role ensures that high-quality, time-bound service is provided to customers in line with the contractual requirements. The Coordinator will manage a diverse cleaning team across multiple sites and handle record-keeping and administrative activities. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of cleaning services, maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
