Abu Dhabi City Municipality announces its desire to recruit qualified personnel for the following vacancies:
Infrastructure Tenders and Contracts Specialist
Grade: 3C
Job Duties:
-
Supervising the selection of suppliers for infrastructure projects in coordination with staff from other municipal sectors/departments, according to the specified needs and requirements.

Supervising and ensuring suppliers’ compliance with the contractual terms for procurement and approval.
-
Supervising the audit of all infrastructure project services with procurement, ensuring compliance with the required standards.
-
Supervising the process of communication with suppliers, participating in negotiations, and developing contracts with new suppliers to meet their compliance with the terms and conditions.

Reviewing trends and exploring new sources, suppliers, and services.
-
Preparing the presentation of reports that include a monthly analysis and summary of procurement and prices of materials and equipment.

Submitting the performance report of the Infrastructure Tenders and Contracts Department.

Supervising the implementation of the activities and processes of purchase agreements with suppliers and monitoring the implementation of contracts.
Qualification:
A minimum of a Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a similar field.
Engineering Consultancy Activities Specialist
Grade: 3C
Job Duties:
-
Classification of Engineering Consultancy Offices According to Approved Standards and Criteria.

Conducting specialized research, future studies, and benchmarking studies in the field of classifying engineering consultancy offices.

Monitoring the compliance of engineering consultancy offices with the regulations, procedures, and guidelines governing approved professions and activities.
-
Submitting compliance reports with recommendations and approved systems for practicing engineering professions and activities for engineering consultancy offices.
Qualification:
A minimum of a Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a similar field.

سنوات الخبرة:
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال عمل مماثل
أخصائي أنشطة الاستشارات الهندسية
الدرجة: 3C
المهام الوظيفية:
تصنيف مكاتب الاستشارات الهندسية وفق المعايير والشروط المعتمدة للتصنيف.
إعداد البحوث المتخصصة والدراسات المستقبلية ودراسات المقارنات المعيارية في مجال تصنيف المكاتب الهندسية الاستشارية.
متابعة التزام مكاتب الاستشارات الهندسية بالتعليمات والإجراءات واللوائح المنظمة لمزاولة المهن والأنشطة المعتمدة.
رفع مقترحات لتطوير الأنظمة والمنصات الخاصة لمزاولة المهن والأنشطة الهندسية لمكاتب الاستشارات الهندسية.
المؤهل العلمي:
ما لا يقل عن دبلوم عالي أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها
سنوات الخبرة:
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال عمل مماثل
