 Qualifications 

Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration or related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, solution/product delivery in an AI service organization or analytics platforms & technologies

Previous experience or currently working in financial sector experience is must to have .

PMP certification from PMI - a must

Arabic language is an added advantage

Engineer - Identity and Access

 Responsibilities 

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Implement and manage IAM solutions with authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.

 Deploy and configure SSO, MFA, and PAM across enterprise environments.

 Integrate IAM with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, and Ping Identity.

 Automate identity lifecycle management using Python, PowerShell, and API-based integrations.

 Conduct access reviews, audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and GDPR.

 Implement identity threat detection and behavioural analytics to prevent unauthorized access.

Mobile Device Management (MDM) Manage MDM solutions, including Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.

 Enforce security policies for device enrolment, application whitelisting, and conditional access.

 Secure mobile endpoints through compliance policies, encryption, and remote wipe capabilities.

Senior Data Scientist

 Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and solutions on both on-premises and cloud platforms.

Lead end-to-end Generative AI projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Engineer and optimize RAG-based retrieval-augmented QA systems and apply domain-specific model enhancements.
