Assistant Fire Training Instructor - Emirati Talent

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Company: ENOC

Support the fire training programs and personally conduct some of the training.
Assist Fire Instructors in delivering required fire and emergency response training.
Prepare and follow creative lesson plans in collaboration with the Fire Instructor.
Demonstrate excellent class control and safety supervision during training.
Ensure the fire ground and simulators are well-prepared and operated safely and efficiently.
Carry out daily inspections and maintenance of Fire Training equipment.
Identify required equipment, materials, and resources for fire training.
Maintain Fire Training Centre records and prepare reports.
Enforce ENOC's HSE rules, regulations, policies, and procedures during training.
Motivate and maintain discipline among course attendees.
Deliver basic fire training courses and guide attendees in their learning.
Maintain comprehensive training records, including attendance and certifications.

HR Executive - Employee Services (Emirati Talents)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Company: ENOC

Provide cost-effective implementation of HR policies and production of the monthly payroll.
Support employees in personnel administration and benefits management.
Maximize the use of the Human Resources Information System ensuring data integrity and security.
Ensure probation and promotion processes are completed in a timely manner.
Support personnel initiatives such as standardizing personnel forms across the group.
Compute end-of-service settlements in line with exit procedures and termination policies.
Manage the contract renewal process in coordination with the HR Operations Team.
Administer all employee loans and repayments through payroll.
Maintain employee records and administer all HR benefits, including monthly payroll and reporting.

Manager - Crisis Management (Emirati Talent)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Company: ENOC

Establish, lead, and direct the Crisis Management function for the organization.
Provide assurance on ENOC’s capability to manage crisis situations.
Develop and implement a Crisis Management Framework based on best practices.
Ensure proper Crisis Management ownership across all levels of the organization.
Validate the Crisis Management Framework and ensure effective management of crises.
Coordinate Crisis Management exercises and ensure continuity plans are activated.
Facilitate inter-segment Crisis Management exercises in coordination with other segments.
Report significant crises to top management, ensuring good corporate governance.

HR Talent Opportunity (Emirati HR Talent)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)

Provide strategic HR support to various business units.
Lead manpower planning and succession planning for future growth.
Utilize HR data analysis to identify trends and develop actionable plans.
