Cyber Security Governance Manager (Emirati Talent)

Join ENOC as a Cyber Security Governance Manager, leading governance and compliance efforts to safeguard critical infrastructure and information assets in an OT environment.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align cybersecurity strategies with business goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Management and Audit Support
  - Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE cybersecurity regulations, such as ISR and UAE Information Assurance Standards.
  - Support audits and regulatory assessments, including preparing documentation and tracking remediation.

Data Architecture Lead / Solution Architect

Establishes and manages the enterprise data architecture practice including framework, standards, and guidelines for data.
Ensures that the respective data technology elements and components are interlinked, and all aligned with organization strategy objectives and corporate governance principles.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Strategy/Governance
  - Develop and maintain the architectural vision and the strategic technology planning and ensure that the respective data elements are interlinked, and all aligned with organization strategy objectives and corporate governance principles.
- Operational
  - Establishes and manages the enterprise architecture practice including framework, standards, and guidelines encompassing:
    - Data architecture
    - Architectural governance
  - Develops and maintains the enterprise blueprint for data.
  - Organizes data at the macro level, micro level, or data models for new systems or business needs.
  - Provides a logical data model as a standard for the golden source and for consuming applications to adopt and inherit.
  - Provides a logical data model with elements and business rules needed for the creation of the data and enforce the data quality rules.
  - Ensures technology governance as per the EA standards by contributing to the development, review, and enforcement of enterprise architecture policies, standards, and procedures in coordination with other functions and business units.

Finance Analyst - Emirati Talent

Key Responsibilities:
- Lease Accounting (Head Lease):
  - Manage lease agreements in SAP, verify entries, ensure timely payments, and perform month-end closing and IFRS 16 provisioning.
- Trade License Management:
  - Account for trade license expenses, verify documentation, process payments, and handle month-end reconciliation.
- Accommodation Costing:
  - Gather rent and utility data, process cost allocations, ensure accurate payroll coordination, and reconcile accounts monthly.
- Reconciliations:
  - Monthly reconciliation of control accounts for leases, trade licenses, and accommodation.
- EPPCO Managed Sites:
  - Handle quarterly profit finalization, process required accounting entries, communicate with third parties, and coordinate with Marketing and Network Development for payments.
- Requirements:
  - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance
  - Experience: 5–6 years
  - Skills: Strong SAP knowledge, good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Cyber Security Analyst - Emirati Talent

Job Purpose:
- The primary function of this role is to monitor the ENOC environment on a 24/7 basis and conduct initial analysis for events to identify any cyber security threats or attacks on ENOC IT/OT assets.
- Perform first response assessment of cyber security incidents and escalate to Senior Security Analyst for further investigation as per approved policies, processes, and procedures.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Follow response procedures and other CIC related SOPs based on the incident impact analysis & predetermined response actions.
- Acknowledge, analyse and validate vulnerabilities/incidents triggered from correlated events through SIEM or other security solutions.
- Acknowledge, analyse and validate incidents received through other reporting mechanisms such as email, phone calls, management directions, etc.
- Gain knowledge of existing policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines to prevent unauthorized use, release, modification, or destruction of ENOC information assets.
- Gain an understanding of security risks and controls.
- Undertake first stages of false positive and false negative analysis.
- Perform analysis of log files to collect more contextual information to triage security events.
- Review and align priority, severity, and classification of security incidents.
- Collect contextual information and pursue technical root cause analysis & attack method analysis.
