 Accountant: VAT– Aspen TESS

Educational Background:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 Professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.

Experience:

 Minimum 3 years of experience in VAT accounting or indirect taxation.

 Experience in handling VAT for Europe is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP-S4HANA, Oracle, QuickBooks).

 Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.

 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

OT (Operational Technology) Cyber Security Specialist

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in Computer System Validation (CSV), Quality Assurance, or GxP compliance are a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CSV, IT validation, or related quality assurance roles, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical devices).

Experience in authoring and reviewing validation documents (e.g., Validation Plans, Test Protocols, etc.).

SAP Consultant O2C- Aspen TESS

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the implementation of SAP O2C processes for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Configure and optimize the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module, including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Shipping, and Billing.

Customize the SAP Credit Management module to support clients' credit policies and improve cash flow management.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and provide SAP-based solutions to enhance the O2C cycle.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on SAP functionalities, improving user adoption and reducing support calls.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI/CO, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Ensure the integration is mapped correctly with third Party for all the O2C Related functions. 

Drive clarification of complex and analytical requirements from a technical solution design perspective and delivers effort estimates for those solutions.

Create/Modify Functional Specifications from a technical design perspective.

Education & Experience

 Bachelor's/ Honours degree in business sciences, information technology, or related field.

 Registration with relevant professional associations or bodies related to customer service or service management.

 Project Management certifications preferred.

 Certification in Service Management (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ITIL Practitioner) preferred.

 5+ years’ experience in service performance management, SLA management, Customer Service or related field within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

 Proven track record of managing service performance metrics, SLAs, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

 In-depth knowledge of service performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

 Experience in monitoring, analysing, and optimising service performance metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

 Familiarity with knowledge management, change management, release management, incident management, and request management processes.

 Proven experience in Business Process, Quality Management, and Six Sigma would be an advantage.
