About the job

• Oversee all Al Ain Adventure activities including the following departments: Raft & Kayak, Surf & Lifeguard, Ropes Course and special events.

• This position is an integral part of the park operation and oversees all operational aspects including safety, training, scheduling, programming and management of the operations teams and their activities while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in recreation, hospitality or other closely aligned field preferred.

• First Aid and CPR certification from an internationally recognized organization.

• Ability to obtain instructor level certification in First Aid and Lifeguarding.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience with kayaking, rafting, surfing and swimming is a must.

• Previous experience working ropes courses is advantageous but not required.
