1. Supervisor FM Engineer

Experience: 5 years in Facility Management
Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of facility management projects.

• Ensure smooth coordination between maintenance teams and clients.

• Lead troubleshooting and maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Monitor the condition of equipment and systems and take proactive measures to avoid breakdowns.

• Provide leadership and training to junior engineers and staff.

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management and supervision of technical teams.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proficient in FM software and tools.

• Knowledge of maintenance practices for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

2. Junior Engineer FM

Experience: 2 years in Facility Management
Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day maintenance of facilities.

• Perform regular inspections and assist with preventive maintenance schedules.

• Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Document work orders, maintenance logs, and service reports.

• Support the Supervisor FM Engineer in overseeing operations and managing staff.

• Ensure that safety regulations and company procedures are followed during maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

• 2 years of experience in Facility Management.

1. مشرف مهندس إدارة المرافق

الخبرة: 5 سنوات في إدارة المرافق
المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لمشاريع إدارة المرافق.

• ضمان التنسيق السلس بين فرق الصيانة والعملاء.

• قيادة أنشطة استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والصيانة للأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة.

• مراقبة حالة المعدات والأنظمة واتخاذ التدابير الاستباقية لتجنب الأعطال.

• توفير القيادة والتدريب للمهندسين المبتدئين والموظفين.

• الحفاظ على الامتثال لمعايير السلامة وسياسات الشركة.

المؤهلات:

• - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو المدنية.

• استكشاف المشكلات المتعلقة بأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والسباكة والكهرباء والميكانيكا وإصلاحها.

• توثيق أوامر العمل، وسجلات الصيانة، وتقارير الخدمة.

• دعم مهندس إدارة المرافق المشرف في الإشراف على العمليات وإدارة الموظفين.

• تأكد من اتباع لوائح السلامة وإجراءات الشركة أثناء مهام الصيانة.

المؤهلات:

• - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو المدنية.

• المساعدة في تركيب الأنظمة الكهربائية الجديدة والترقيات.

• الحفاظ على وثائق النظام الكهربائي وسجلات الخدمة.
