Position: Safety Officer / Site Auditor

The role aims to develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. The role also includes conducting regular audits of sites and warehouses, monitoring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing preventive measures to avoid accidents and incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Enforce HSE Policies:

   • Assist in developing and implementing HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.

   • Ensure employees understand and follow all HSE protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.

2. Risk Assessment and Hazard Mitigation:

   • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential health and safety risks.

   • Develop and recommend corrective actions to eliminate hazards and prevent accidents.

3. Incident Investigation and Reporting:

   • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
