Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator is an integral part of operations and plays a key role in the top-class execution of our delivery process. This role is crucial to ensuring the success and positive reception of our service by consumers in the Middle East market.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Delivery Coordination: Ensure the delivery process is completed within the promised time frame by coordinating extensively with our partners.

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to ensure the highest quality assurance standards of service are maintained.

• Technical Support: Support our partners technically when needed, ensuring that all technical solutions in the shops (e.g., tablets, speakers) work properly.

• Reporting: Provide the operations and business development teams with concise reports regarding the quality of orders, highlighting areas for improvement.

• Process Communication: Convey InstaShop processes to partnered shops and ensure they are always updated and effectively implementing these processes.

• Schedule Management: Keep the schedules of shop employees updated and manage InstaShop’s delivery fleet.
