We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Specialist to independently manage key HR functions, including but not limited to Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality and/or healthcare sectors, specifically within the UAE market. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of Performance Management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR initiatives align with overall business strategy.
- Provide HR support and solutions to employees and management, addressing queries and issues effectively.
- Use SAPSF (preferred) to manage HR systems and data.
Senior Medical Coding Officer
About the job
Job Profile:
- Establish and maintain the diagnostic/procedural coding system as approved by the hospital’s medical/administrative directive and Dubai Health Authority.
- Code all relevant, current, and documented diagnoses and procedures as performed by attending physicians utilizing the appropriate ICD coding.
- Abstract all demographic, statistical, and medical information from each patient record and enter the data into the coding/abstracting system.
- Review claims for all prescribed diagnostics and pharmacy items along with procedures and complications as documented in the EMR, Claim Form/operative reports. Assign appropriate codes and send a request to the physician wherever required.
- Apply the appropriate guidelines for the assignment of principal and secondary procedures utilizing the CPT 4 procedure code when reviewing claims with the Inpatient Coordinator for billing purposes/DRG billing. Assign Initial DRG and Final DRG.

- قم بترميز جميع التشخيصات والإجراءات ذات الصلة والحالية والموثقة كما يقوم بها الأطباء المعالجون باستخدام ترميز التصنيف الدولي للأمراض المناسب.
- تلخيص جميع المعلومات الديموغرافية والإحصائية والطبية من سجل كل مريض وإدخال البيانات في نظام الترميز/التلخيص.
- مراجعة المطالبات الخاصة بجميع التشخيصات الموصوفة وعناصر الصيدلة بالإضافة إلى الإجراءات والمضاعفات كما هو موثق في السجل الطبي الإلكتروني، ونموذج المطالبة/التقارير الجراحية. تعيين الرموز المناسبة وإرسال الطلب إلى الطبيب عند الحاجة.
- قم بتطبيق الإرشادات المناسبة لتعيين الإجراءات الرئيسية والثانوية باستخدام رمز الإجراء CPT 4 عند مراجعة المطالبات مع منسق المرضى الداخليين لأغراض الفوترة/فواتير DRG. قم بتعيين DRG الأولية وDRG النهائية.

المسؤوليات:
