The Aircraft Dispatcher manages the turnaround Aircraft in coordination with multiple stakeholders across the airport, including Authorities, Service providers & Airline flight crew to ensure the safe and timely dispatch of the aircraft.
The Aircraft Dispatcher has full control of the aircraft turnaround process and ensures activities are completed safely and on time and in line with the airline PTS, influencing external stakeholders where necessary.
Responsible for the Weight & Balance of aircraft, a focus on safety is crucial while maintaining compliance with all Safety & Security protocols, and process as stipulated by Authorities and the Airlines.
Reward and Policy Officer

To provide internal advice and assistance on the development and maintenance of international pay scales and reward packages.
To ensure compliant benefits, entitlements, and conditions of employment in line with industrial instruments and international labour law requirements. Support in the ongoing administration and maintenance of employment contracts and employee handbooks in the UAE and internationally.
Accountabilities
- Act as main contact for first-level queries for global and UAE HR policies, international employment contracts, and country-specific compensation and benefit queries.
- Resolve issues following engagement with Senior Manager Total Reward and Policies, Legal, and other HR stakeholders.
- Conduct policies and benefits benchmarking and analysis across different countries as and when required and using various data sources.
OSH Officer - Risk & Contingency (UAE Nationals)
Synopsis
The ‘OSH Officer – Risk and Contingency Management’ reports to the Manager OSH Monitoring and Performance, to support the department in the delivery of Occurrence Risk Assessments, Emergency evacuation drills, as well as the oversight and management of first aid kits, fire warden kits, and the fire warden and first aider responder lists.
They are a core OSH team member in delivering assurance that Etihad Airways is prepared and able to perform appropriately to identified hazards and emergencies to ensure the safety and well-being of all of our staff and visitors.
As a trained risk assessment facilitator, they are also relied upon to advise and drive effective hazard and risk awareness among Etihad Airways Leadership during Risk assessment workshops.
Accountabilities
- Ensuring compliance with Emergency Response and contingency planning procedural compliance.
- Assessing Emergency Response drills for all Etihad Airways facilities.
- Delivering effective Drill Assessment Reports.
- Facilitating risk assessments as directed by OSH Management.
- Assigning and Driving closure of Corrective action plans and risk mitigation strategies.

Data Privacy Specialist
Accountabilities
- Coordinate Etihad business areas to maintain Etihad’s regulatory Record of Processing Activities.
- Review and approve data privacy triage submissions from the business.
- Review Data Subject Requests under relevant privacy laws and coordinate the business to respond to them within regulatory timeframes.
- Ensure that cross-border flows of personal data are mapped and that related systems and processes are documented.
- Track, follow up, and report data Privacy Impact Assessment actions and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the business to ensure that they are actioned in a timely manner.
- Manage the Data Privacy inbox.
Education & Experience
- University degree educated in any discipline (law degree an advantage). Committed to further learning.
- At least two years’ work experience preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to work under pressure with good attention to detail, be self-motivated, and able to manage own workload effectively.

- مراجعة واعتماد طلبات تصنيف خصوصية البيانات المقدمة من الشركة.
- مراجعة طلبات أصحاب البيانات بموجب قوانين الخصوصية ذات الصلة وتنسيق العمل للرد عليها ضمن الإطار الزمني التنظيمي.
- التأكد من رسم خرائط لتدفقات البيانات الشخصية عبر الحدود وتوثيق الأنظمة والعمليات ذات الصلة.
- تتبع ومتابعة وإعداد تقارير عن إجراءات ومخاطر تقييم تأثير الخصوصية.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع الشركة والحفاظ عليها لضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة في الوقت المناسب.

التعليم والخبرة
