Project Engineer - Electrical Terminals
About the job:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our project team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the industrial sector, with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems for industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of electrical systems and components for industrial projects.
- Perform detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical engineering codes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and clients, to ensure project success.
Learning And Development Officer (Emirati)
Key Accountabilities:
Training Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue bookings, material preparation, and catering arrangements.
- Manage participant registrations and send out invitations and reminders.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to track and facilitate payments for L&D services and training programs.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Track employee participation and completion of training programs.
- Prepare and distribute training certificates to participants.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the L&D team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

- Support the L&D Specialist in monitoring training budgets and processing invoices.
Senior Internal Auditor
Role Purpose:
To participate in planning and execution of Financial and IT Audit relating to EMARAT under close supervision of the Chief Internal Auditor with the objective of providing independent and objective assessments that assist management in improving organization’s operations and safeguarding EMARAT’s assets and revenue in adherence with EMARAT’s approved Audit Plan.
Key Accountabilities:
Audit Plan Development & Implementation:
- Participate in the development of the annual audit plan and prepares audit programs as required.
- Ensure business processes and work activities are planned and executed in compliance with EMARAT policy, procedures, and best practices.
Internal Auditing:
- Conduct audits in conformity to the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled audits with a strong emphasis placed on cash-on-site.
- Conduct financial audits covering receivables, payables, cash, bank accounts, payroll, etc.
Procurement Specialist
Key Activities:
Procurement Management:
- Source and evaluate suppliers for fuel and additives.
- Negotiate contracts to achieve cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
Blending Operations:
- Oversee and optimize the blending of gasoline and additives.
