We are looking for young, ambitious Emiratis who want to develop a life-long, respected career as part of our growing Fire Service Team and become the Fire Fighters of the future.

Program Overview
Our aim is to develop you into the Fire Fighters of tomorrow.
To do that, we have created a unique program that will give you the skills needed to begin your career with us.
- We start with a 6-week English language training course designed to support you in enhancing your English language capabilities.
- Once that is complete, you will undertake the Basic Fire Fighter Training for 9 weeks in preparation for you to begin your role successfully as a trained Airport Fire Fighter.
- From here, you will begin shaping the future of Dubai Airports while also receiving continuous development and learning opportunities, ensuring you are always one step ahead and creating an unrivaled career for yourself.
What You Bring

In addition, if you want to join us on our journey, you will need to be:
- A UAE National
- Have a basic command of the English language
- Possess a valid driving license

ومن أجل مواصلة رحلتنا المثيرة لنصبح أفضل مطار في العالم، نريدك أن تنضم إلينا وتساعد في تشكيل المستقبل.
ما ستختبره
في مطارات دبي، نريد أن نُحدث تأثيرًا حقيقيًا. معًا، يمكننا تشكيل مستقبل دبي وربط العالم بطريقة فريدة.
من خلال هذا البرنامج، ستنمو وتتحدى نفسك وتبتكر في بيئة مليئة بالتنوع والإثارة.

ولتحقيق ذلك، أنشأنا برنامجًا فريدًا يمنحك المهارات اللازمة لبدء حياتك المهنية معنا.
- نبدأ بـ دورة تدريبية في اللغة الإنجليزية لمدة 6 أسابيع لدعمك في تحسين مهاراتك اللغوية.
- بعد الانتهاء منها، ستلتحق بـ برنامج التدريب الأساسي لرجال الإطفاء لمدة 9 أسابيع، مما يجهزك للبدء في دورك كرجل إطفاء محترف في المطار.
- بعد ذلك، ستساهم في تشكيل مستقبل مطارات دبي، بينما تحصل على فرص تطوير وتعلم مستمرة، مما يضمن لك التفوق الدائم وبناء مسيرة مهنية لا مثيل لها.
