Make your mark as a Proposals Coordinator at Horizon Geosciences! This role requires handling assigned inquiries and preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Your Responsibilities As a Proposals Coordinator
- Review inquiries to ensure full understanding of client requirements.
- Analyze scope of work, pricing, and other inquiry documents with the Proposals Manager.
- Prepare proposals and tender documents based on client needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure feasibility of proposals.
- Submit proposals within client deadlines.
- Follow up on submitted inquiries and seek feedback for securing projects.
- Assist in contract review during finalization.
- Conduct project handovers, presenting execution methodology and budgets.
Your Qualities And Experience
- Degree or diploma related to the offshore industry.
- Knowledge of offshore survey, soil investigation, EPC works, and marine industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
CAD Engineer (Modeler)
Your Qualities
Make your mark as a CAD Engineer (Modeler) with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Survey, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in modeling software such as Civil3D, SubAssembly Composer, and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of CAD-BIM standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- Fluency in English.

- إعداد العروض والوثائق الخاصة بالمناقصات بناءً على احتياجات العميل.
- التنسيق مع رؤساء الأقسام لضمان واقعية العروض المقدمة.
- تقديم العروض ضمن المهل الزمنية المحددة من قبل العميل.
- متابعة الاستفسارات المقدمة وطلب ملاحظات لضمان الفوز بالمشاريع.
- المساعدة في مراجعة العقود عند إتمام الصفقة.
- تسليم المشروع للمدير المختص بعد التعاقد، مع عرض منهجية التنفيذ والميزانية.
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة
- درجة علمية أو دبلوم في مجال مرتبط بالصناعات البحرية.
- معرفة بصناعات المسح البحري، وتحقيقات التربة، وأعمال EPC البحرية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان استخدام برامج MS Office.
