The HSE Officer will support the Resident Engineer in implementing effective health and safety measures on assigned projects.
Line and Staff Relations
Reports to the Resident Engineer/Project Manager and collaborates with the Employer’s Construction Manager and Engineer’s Representative on all HSE matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure contractor safety plans are revised and approved.
- Notify RE/PM of changes in contractor HSE personnel and conduct evaluations.
- Maintain documentation and communicate safety requirements to relevant stakeholders.
Resident Engineer

The Resident Engineer oversees project execution and ensures the consultant's supervision duties are carried out effectively under FIDIC contract conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, codes, and professional standards.

Senior Structural Engineer - Concrete (Supervision)
Key Responsibilities
Structural Design:
- Develop structural designs from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Perform structural calculations based on American, British, and regional codes.
- Utilize REVIT, AutoCAD, and other software for structural documentation.
- Supervise draftsmen and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
- Assist in preparing BOQs and project technical evaluations.
Senior Mechanical Engineer - Supervision
Line and Staff Relations
Reports to the Head of Practice and Director of Production & Operations, while taking project-specific directions from the Resident Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and approving authorities.
- Supervise mechanical engineering aspects on-site.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Site Architect

- Allocate and utilize resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure the supervision team remains informed and motivated.
Profile Specifications – Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of site experience, including 3 years on airport projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture.
- Membership in UAE Society of Engineers and Abu Dhabi Engineering License.
- Preferred international accreditations (RIBA, AIA) and sustainability certifications (LEED, PQP).
- Strong knowledge of statutory authority requirements and international codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), and fire & life safety principles.

- الإشراف على تخطيط المشاريع وتنسيقها وتنفيذها.
- ضمان الامتثال لشروط العقد، الأكواد، والمعايير المهنية.
- مراقبة أداء المشروع وضمان إنجازه في الوقت المحدد.
مهندس إنشائي أول - الخرسانة (الإشراف)
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
التصميم الإنشائي:
- إعداد التصاميم الإنشائية من المفهوم إلى مرحلة إكمال التصميم وفقًا للمعايير الدولية.
- إجراء الحسابات الإنشائية وفقًا للأكواد الأمريكية والبريطانية والإقليمية.
- استخدام برامج مثل REVIT وAutoCAD لإعداد المستندات الإنشائية.
- الإشراف على إنتاج الرسومات الإنشائية وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.

- الإشراف على جميع الجوانب الميكانيكية للمشاريع في الموقع.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصناعة والمواصفات الخاصة بالمشروع.

المواصفات المطلوبة – الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات

- عضوية في جمعية المهندسين الإماراتية ورخصة هندسية من أبوظبي.
