Role Overview:
Arion Motors is seeking a Fleet & Retail Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales by identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B fleet sales and retail automotive sales, with a focus on corporate clients, rental companies, and individual customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop fleet and retail sales opportunities across corporate clients, rental companies, and individual buyers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and product presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close bulk purchase deals, contracts, and financing solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches.
- Ensure seamless coordination of vehicle deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in fleet and retail automotive sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Great experience with the RTA system registering vehicles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

نظرة عامة عن الدور:
تبحث شركة Arion Motors عن تنفيذي مبيعات أسطول وتجزئة لدفع مبيعات المركبات من خلال تحديد فرص أعمال جديدة وتقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية. يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي لديه خبرة قوية في مبيعات أسطول الشركات والمبيعات الفردية، مع التركيز على العملاء من الشركات وشركات التأجير والعملاء الأفراد.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تحديد وتطوير فرص مبيعات الأسطول والتجزئة عبر عملاء الشركات وشركات التأجير والمشترين الأفراد.
- بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء لضمان تكرار الأعمال وتعزيز ولاء العملاء.
- تقديم عروض المركبات وإجراء اختبارات القيادة والعروض التقديمية للعملاء المحتملين.
- التفاوض وإغلاق صفقات الشراء بالجملة والعقود وحلول التمويل.
- متابعة أحدث اتجاهات السوق وأسعار المنافسين وإطلاق المنتجات الجديدة.
- ضمان التنسيق السلس لتسليم المركبات والامتثال لمعايير الجودة.
- تقديم دعم ما بعد البيع لتعزيز رضا العملاء والاحتفاظ بهم.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير أداء المبيعات بانتظام.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مبيعات السيارات الأسطول والتجزئة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة كبيرة في نظام هيئة الطرق والمواصلات لتسجيل المركبات.
- مهارات تفاوض واتصال قوية، بالإضافة إلى مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
- التحفيز الذاتي والتركيز على النتائج واحتياجات العملاء.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ ويفضل معرفة اللغة العربية.
- يشترط امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- إجادة استخدام MS Office وبرامج إدارة علاقات العملاء تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
