Key Responsibilities
Conduct
Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights.
Attends pre-flight briefings to acknowledge flight details, distribution of roles, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.
Safety Measures
Instructs passengers on safety procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Identifies safety and security risks and collaborates with the Cabin Supervisor to take remedial actions as per standard operating procedures.
Administers first aid when necessary.
Reports any irregularities and malfunctions promptly to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain.
Customer Service
Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities.Enters necessary data into the aircraft logbook as per Air Arabia and regulatory procedures.
Provides excellent customer service, attending to pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties in line with operational policies.
Requirements
Age between 20 to 33 years
Minimum height 160 cm for females and 170 cm for males
Weight proportionate to age and height
Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties, must be able to swim with the aid of a flotation device
Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate, a diploma in travel or tourism is a plus
Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added advantage
Fit to fly, with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases
Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in written and spoken English
