About the Role
This role will be crucial in safeguarding our organization's information systems and data assets against cyber threats through understanding AEP’s risk profile and proactively managing the security operations center (SOC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, risk profiling, threat hunting, SOC management, threat intelligence, attack surface management, and basic forensics.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the security operations center and ensure maximum visibility of security events by digesting logs from all systems and infrastructure assets in AEP. Build correlation rules to trigger required alerts.
• Integrate threat intelligence solutions into the SIEM platform for detecting suspicious events.
• Properly define AEP’s attack surface and attack vectors for event detection and vulnerability identification.
• Lead information security incident response when incidents are declared and ensure recovery of secure services, data, and system assets.

• Conduct basic security forensics and engage security forensics vendors as needed.

About the Role
The Business Development Analyst is responsible for engaging with existing and potential financial institutions related to Aani and other payment products. You will attract new participants to the platform and support the onboarding process, ensuring that each new institution is properly guided through all necessary steps. This role requires building and maintaining relationships, providing insightful analyses, and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the business development strategy to increase adoption among potential participants.
• Build and nurture relationships with financial institutions, potential partners, and industry players.
• Conduct analysis and provide insights to drive business development efforts.
• Assist with the onboarding process, including scheduling, testing, and training.
• Develop market intelligence on financial institutions' needs and collaborate with internal teams to meet these needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in Business Development and Account Management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any field.
• Previous experience in payments is a plus.
• Strong fluency in Arabic is required.

Technical and Behavioral Skills

• Flexible, positive, and results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to gather complex information, make tactical decisions, and communicate effectively across different audiences.
• Strong project management skills, managing multiple activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• دعم تنفيذ استراتيجية تطوير الأعمال لزيادة التبني بين المشاركين المحتملين.
• بناء علاقات ورعاية العلاقات مع المؤسسات المالية والشركاء المحتملين وأصحاب المصلحة في الصناعة.
• إجراء التحليلات وتقديم الرؤى لدفع جهود تطوير الأعمال.
• المساعدة في عملية الانضمام، بما في ذلك الجدولة والاختبار والتدريب.
• تطوير الذكاء السوقي حول احتياجات المؤسسات المالية والتعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتلبية هذه الاحتياجات.

المؤهلات

• 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية، مع ما لا يقل عن سنتين في تطوير الأعمال وإدارة الحسابات.
• درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في أي مجال.
• خبرة سابقة في المدفوعات تعد ميزة.
• إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة أمر ضروري.

المهارات التقنية والسلوكية

• موقف مرن وإيجابي ونتائج موجهة.
• القدرة على جمع معلومات معقدة واتخاذ قرارات تكتيكية والتواصل بشكل فعال مع مختلف الجمهور.
• مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع، مع القدرة على إدارة الأنشطة المتعددة مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وشفهًا.
