Role Overview
- The IT Specialist will lead the IT operations, driving improvements in our technological infrastructure while providing hands-on support and guidance across multiple business units. This role will also manage our use of Zoho applications and ensure the security and stability of our systems.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the internal IT team, ensuring smooth operation of technical functions.
- Maintain, optimize, and upgrade company-wide IT systems, including servers, networks, and security protocols.
- Provide hands-on support and quick resolution of technical issues for all departments.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Zoho applications, ensuring their optimal use across all teams.
- Maintain cybersecurity tools.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related hardware, software, and services, ensuring cost-effective and efficient procurement.
- Provide technical training and support to staff, improving their IT knowledge and usage efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements for the Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an IT specialist/lead role.
Proven experience managing IT systems, networks, and hardware in a business environment.
Hands-on experience with Zoho applications and their use cases is ideal.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address multiple IT challenges in a fast-paced setting.
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Experience in vendor management and coordination with external IT service providers.

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور متخصص/قيادي في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
خبرة مثبتة في إدارة أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والشبكات والأجهزة في بيئة الأعمال.
تعتبر الخبرة العملية في استخدام تطبيقات Zoho وحالات الاستخدام الخاصة بها مثالية.
فهم قوي لتقنيات السحابة.
مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات مع القدرة على معالجة تحديات تكنولوجيا المعلومات المتعددة في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
مهارات القيادة وإدارة الفريق، مع القدرة على توصيل المفاهيم الفنية للموظفين غير الفنيين.
