💼 Job Overview
The Product Executive (Business Analyst) is responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle of allocated agencies, ensuring collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The role includes strategic planning, market analysis, demand forecasting, and relationship management with principals to achieve sales and margin targets.
🔹 Key Accountabilities
Product Management Functions
✅ Develop and implement portfolio strategies for allocated agencies, aligning them with business objectives.
✅ Conduct market research and assessments to identify growth opportunities and product positioning.
✅ Drive demand forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels that meet customer needs.
✅ Develop marketing plans, including promotional activities and campaign execution.
✅ Oversee Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget management, ensuring effective spend allocation.
Sales & Margin Management
✅ Support the business team in achieving sales targets by providing strategic insights and data-driven support.
✅ Act as the gatekeeper of product margin, ensuring profitability.
✅ Monitor and ensure timely placement of purchase orders (POs) with principals.
✅ Track and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
Principal Relationship Management
✅ Establish and maintain strong relationships with principals to align business goals and objectives.
✅ Facilitate clear and consistent communication with principals about product performance, forecasts, and promotions.
✅ Ensure smooth operational processes and resolve any supply chain or product-related issues efficiently.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
✅ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, profitability margins, and inventory turnover.
✅ Provide regular performance reports to the Division Head, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
✅ Work closely with finance and supply chain teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting.
🔹 Experience & Qualifications
✔️ Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a business analyst in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or healthcare industry.
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
✔️ Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research, forecasting, and performance tracking.
✔️ Excellent communication and relationship management skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strategic and results-driven approach.

💼 نظرة عامة على الوظيفة
يعد تنفيذي المنتج (محلل الأعمال) مسؤولاً عن إدارة دورة حياة المنتج بالكامل للوكالات المخصصة، وضمان التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والشركاء الخارجيين. تتضمن الوظيفة التخطيط الاستراتيجي، وتحليل السوق، وتوقعات الطلب، وإدارة العلاقات مع الشركات المبدعة لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات والأرباح.
🔹 المسؤوليات الرئيسية
وظائف إدارة المنتج
✅ تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المحفظة للوكالات المخصصة بما يتماشى مع أهداف العمل.
✅ إجراء البحث والتحليل السوقي لتحديد فرص النمو ووضع المنتج في السوق.
✅ قيادة توقعات الطلب لضمان مستويات المخزون المثلى التي تلبي احتياجات العملاء.
✅ تطوير خطط تسويقية بما في ذلك الأنشطة الترويجية وتنفيذ الحملات.
✅ الإشراف على إدارة ميزانية الإعلان والترويج (A&P) لضمان تخصيص النفقات بشكل فعال.
إدارة المبيعات والأرباح
✅ دعم الفريق التجاري لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال تقديم رؤى استراتيجية ودعم مستند إلى البيانات.
✅ العمل كـ حارس لهامش المنتج لضمان الربحية.
✅ متابعة وضمان تنفيذ طلبات الشراء (POs) مع الشركات المبدعة في الوقت المحدد.
✅ مراقبة وإدارة مستويات المخزون لمنع الإفراط في التخزين أو النقص.
إدارة العلاقات مع الشركات المبدعة
✅ بناء وصيانة علاقات قوية مع الشركات المبدعة لضمان توافق الأهداف والتوجهات التجارية.
✅ تسهيل التواصل الواضح والمستمر مع الشركات المبدعة حول أداء المنتج والتوقعات والعروض الترويجية.
✅ ضمان سير العمليات التشغيلية بسلاسة وحل أي مشاكل تتعلق بسلسلة التوريد أو المنتج بشكل فعال.
مراقبة الأداء والتقارير
✅ متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) مثل نمو المبيعات، هوامش الربح، ودوران المخزون.
✅ تقديم تقارير الأداء بانتظام إلى رئيس القسم، مع تسليط الضوء على الإنجازات والتحديات والفرص للتحسين.
✅ العمل عن كثب مع فرق المالية وسلسلة التوريد لضمان دقة التقارير والتوقعات.
🔹 الخبرات والمؤهلات
✔️ الخبرة: 2-5 سنوات من الخبرة كـ محلل أعمال في صناعة الأدوية، السلع الاستهلاكية، أو الرعاية الصحية.
✔️ التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
✔️ المهارات: مهارات تحليلية قوية مع خبرة في البحث السوقي، التوقعات، ومراقبة الأداء.
✔️ مهارات التواصل وإدارة العلاقات الممتازة للتعامل بفعالية مع الفرق الداخلية والشركاء الخارجيين.
✔️ إتقان تطبيقات MS Office، خاصة Excel و PowerPoint لإعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية.
✔️ القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الحركة مع نهج استراتيجي وموجه نحو النتائج.
