About the Job
Main Functions
- Cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping, and repairing equipment prior to carrying out a job
- Monitoring and repairing equipment during shows and any required fault finding
- Building and installing equipment on site unsupervised, according to designated layout
- Setting up and operating systems/equipment for smaller projects (i.e. running small to medium-sized shows)
- Loading and unloading of equipment
- Cleaning of equipment after shows and storing properly
- Rigging and de-rigging of all equipment safely
- Working as part of a team on and off site
- Notifying Head of Department of all defective equipment
- Providing a good level of support to the HOD
- Performing annual inventory of all eclipse equipment as per the set procedures in place
- Having a good understanding of department equipment
- Interacting directly with clients on site in a customer-oriented manner
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
- Reporting all health and safety issues to Group HSE Manager
- Respecting and adhering to company policies, rules, and procedures
- Miscellaneous tasks within your scope of work, as assigned by the direct supervisor

- العمل كجزء من الفريق في الموقع وخارجه
- إخطار رئيس القسم بأي معدات معطلة
- تقديم مستوى جيد من الدعم لرئيس القسم
- إجراء جرد سنوي لجميع المعدات وفقًا للإجراءات المحددة
- فهم جيد لمعدات القسم
- التفاعل المباشر مع العملاء في الموقع بطريقة تركز على العميل
- الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة وارتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية المناسبة
- الإبلاغ عن جميع قضايا الصحة والسلامة إلى مدير الصحة والسلامة
- احترام واتباع سياسات الشركة وقواعدها وإجراءاتها
- أداء المهام المتنوعة ضمن نطاق عملك كما يعينها المشرف المباشر

- Sales Support and Coordination
- Directly sell smaller events, as determined appropriate by the Manager.
- Drive Results – Maximise revenue and adhere to event profit guidelines for all assigned business.
- Deliver World Class Service – Meet client needs through attending client meetings and responding to client concerns, questions, and problems.
- Follow up with clients through final billing, thank you letters, post-event service evaluations, and lead hand-offs.
- Effectively use Encore tools and resources to respond to customer requests.
- Ensure CRM is accurate and up to date at all times.
