Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures and guidelines for construction projects.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and tests of construction materials, workmanship, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Identify and report non-conformities, deviations, and deficiencies in construction activities, and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Review construction drawings, design specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Job Description – Project Manager

To provide overall management direction for large-scale building construction, including high-rise towers, low-rise buildings such as villas, master development projects, or similar. Lead the team throughout all construction stages of the project and monitor project works related to quality, cost, program, HSE, and staff under control.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of large-scale building construction, including high-rise, towers, and low-rise projects (villas, master developments).
  • Implement project baselines; monitor and control projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
  • Review deliverables across projects.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and/or any stakeholders involved for determining technical specifications, timely execution, approvals, and obtaining statutory clearances.
  • Coordinate and obtain permission for project work from various government regulatory authorities.
  • Lead a team of professionals, ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower.
  • Organize/participate in project review meetings to evaluate project progress, ensure timelines, and de-bottlenecking.
  • Anchor on-site construction activities to ensure completion of the project within time and cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output.
  • Formulate and implement stringent systems, quality plans, and/or manuals to ensure high-quality standards during all project stages.
  • Conduct quality control inspections/approvals as per project specifications, standards, and drawings before proceeding with activities.
  • Manage project scope and ease risks across the project.
  • Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for projects.
  • Ensure site personnel are up-to-date with the requirements of Quality Management System and HSE policies and procedures.
  • Ensure commercial entitlements are achieved and documented.
  • Involve in project forecasting to ensure optimum resource utilization.
  • Actively participate in QMS/HSE audits conducted on the project and ensure audit findings are closed out within agreed timelines.

Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.
  • Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience.
  • High & low-rise project execution experience in the capacity of Project Manager.

Planning Engineer
