Storekeeper
Job Purpose
- Maintain an automated supply inventory database, updating materials, supplies, and equipment records.
- Generate reports to verify inventory levels and determine reorder activity and usage rates.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (not limited to a specific field).
Experience
- Typically, 3+ years of industry experience in data-start="432" data-end="467">medical devices/pharmaceuticals, but not limited to these sectors.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform ordering, receiving, storing, inventory, and shipping operations.
- Optimize storage space utilization efficiently.
- Apply inventory count policies and ensure result accuracy.
- Store goods according to company standards and supplier regulations.
- Ensure timely receiving of goods and proper system entry follow-up.
- Determine stockitems and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Prepare and expedite orders while ensuring accuracy.
- Handle freight claims, shortages, breakage, duplicate shipments, and backorders.
- Monitor product expiry dates and take necessary actions.

الهدف الوظيفي
- الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات آلية لمخزون الإمدادات، وتحديث السجلات الخاصة بالمواد، والمستلزمات، والمعدات.
- إعداد تقارير المخزون للتحقق من المستويات وتحديد الطلبات الجديدة بناءً على معدلات الاستخدام.
المؤهلات التعليمية
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها (دون التقيد بتخصص معين).الخبرة
- يفضل خبرة 3 سنوات أو أكثر في الأجهزة الطبية أو الأدوية، ولكن لا يقتصر على هذه المجالات.
المهام الوظيفية
- تنفيذ العمليات التشغيلية لطلب وتلقي وتخزين وجرد وشحن البضائع.
- الاستغلال الأمثل لمساحات التخزين لضمان الكفاءة.
- تطبيق سياسات الجرد وضمان دقة النتائج.
- تخزين البضائع وفقًا لمعايير الشركة ولوائح الموردين.
- استلام البضائعفي الوقت المناسب ومتابعة إدخال البيانات في النظام.
- تحديد العناصر المخزنة والحفاظ على المستويات المثلى للمخزون.
- تجهيز الطلبات وتسريع تنفيذها مع ضمان دقتها.
- التعامل مع شكاوى الشحن، نقص الكميات، التلف، الشحنات المكررة، والطلبات المتأخرة.
- متابعة تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
