متدرب مسؤول علاقات حكومية (PRO Officer Trainee)
عن الوظيفة:
- التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية في دولة الإمارات (مثل وزارة العمل، الهجرة، وغيرها من الجهات الحكومية) لضمان الامتثال القانوني والتنظيمي.
- إدارة عملية إصدار وتجديد وإلغاء تأشيرات الموظفين، بما في ذلك العاملين من ذوي الياقات الزرقاء والموظفين المحترفين.
- معالجة بطاقات الهوية الإماراتية، بطاقات العمل، وتصاريح العمل بكفاءة.
- إعداد ومراجعة وصيانة الوثائق المتعلقة بتأشيرات الموظفين، التصاريح، وترخيص الشركة.
- ضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل في الإمارات وأنظمة الهجرة.

الخلفية التعليمية:
- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون من جامعة ذات سمعة مرموقة.

- عضوية في نقابة المحامين سواء في الاتحاد الأوروبي، المملكة المتحدة أو أي ولاية قانونية أخرى تعتبر ميزة.
الخبرة المهنية:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنوات في مجال النفط والغاز أو الطاقة، ويُعتبر أي خبرة مهنية في صناعات مماثلة ميزة.
- معرفة جيدة بمبادئ القانون العام أمر ضروري.
- معرفة بقانون البحار، وخاصة المبادئ الخاصة بـ BIMCO تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية التجارية شفهيا وكتابيا أمر ضروري.
- إتقان مجموعة Microsoft Office أمر أساسي.

عن الوظيفة: سايبم هي شركة رائدة عالميًا في الهندسة والبناء للمشاريع الكبرى في قطاعات الطاقة والبنية التحتية، سواء في المياه العميقة أو على اليابسة. سايبم هي "شركة واحدة" منظمة في خمسة خطوط أعمال - الخدمات القائمة على الأصول، ناقلات الطاقة، طاقة الرياح البحرية، البنى التحتية المستدامة، الروبوتات والحلول الصناعية. تمتلك الشركة 8 ساحات تصنيع وأساطيل بحرية مكونة من 29 سفينة إنشاء (منها 26 مملوكة و 3 مملوكة من قبل أطراف ثالثة ومدارة بواسطة سايبم) و 15 حفارًا، 8 منها مملوكة.
