Quality Inspector
Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be reporting to the Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations department. The purpose of QIMA’s Operations team is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality.
Your main duties will revolve around on-site quality inspections of our clients’ products.
- Check email daily to receive inspection documents.
- Attend to inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way.
- Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures.
- Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and timelines.
Qualifications
It could be you if you have:
- Possess a college degree or above in apparel or related fields.
- Experience of more than 3 years in quality management.
- Knowledge of AQL standards, as well as relevant safety and quality regulations.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Great attention to detail and strong professional ethics.

Ethical Auditor (CSCA)
Job Description
You will be expected to:
- Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, sometimes without warning. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or the client’s in-house procedure.
- Be alert to any violations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client.
- Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients.
We May Also Request You To:
- Provide your expertise in client meetings, to create custom quality control procedures based on their specific requirements.
- Contribute your ideas for improving the quality of our Operations projects.
Qualifications
It could be you, if you have:
- A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major.
- APSCA registered at CSCA level (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI.
- Work experience in 3rd party auditing.
- Experience in Environmental Audit.
- SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months.
- Have good command of English (spoken and written).

Business Development Manager - Product Certification
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Certification Business Director, you will find new business leads focusing on the Middle Eastern market to achieve ambitious sales targets through a methodic and expert approach.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To:
- Find new clients by using various approaches: replying to prospects' enquiries, social medias, networking, referrals, participation to fairs and exhibitions;
- Develop your own clients’ portfolio: your typical client will be any company importing or exporting consumer goods (ranging from promotional products to apparel, toys and electronics sold in the high street);
- Identify and nurture your prospects, maintaining good contact with them, and successfully closing deals;
- Encourage our existing clients to consider additional services, politely encourage them to use our services more often, and make sure they’re making the best use of the tools we provide them (such as our online dashboard);
- Engage with clients through videocalls, join company events and online conferences.
Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you must be:
- A B-2-B sales professional with extensive experience within the product testing industry;
- Good knowledge of SASO, SABER and/or SFDA;
- A recognized salesperson with ability to hunt for new business and develop your own client portfolio;
- A great negotiator, good at reading the room and working across different cultures;
- Good at managing your own schedule without close supervision;
- Results-oriented, with a passion for top-notch client care;
- Business Fluent in Arabic and English. Any other languages would be a plus.

مدير تطوير الأعمال - شهادة المنتج
وصف الوظيفة
تحت إشراف مباشر من مدير أعمال الشهادات، ستقوم بالبحث عن عملاء جدد في السوق الشرق أوسطي لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الطموحة من خلال نهج منهجي وخبير.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية التي ستكون على عاتقك:
- البحث عن عملاء جدد باستخدام مختلف الأساليب: الرد على استفسارات العملاء المحتملين، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، الشبكات، الإحالات، المشاركة في المعارض والفعاليات.
- تطوير محفظتك الخاصة من العملاء: سيكون عميلك النموذجي أي شركة تستورد أو تصدر السلع الاستهلاكية (من المنتجات الترويجية إلى الملابس والألعاب والإلكترونيات المباعة في الشوارع الرئيسية).
- تحديد ورعاية عملائك المحتملين، والحفاظ على اتصال جيد معهم، وإتمام الصفقات بنجاح.

- محترف مبيعات B-2-B ذو خبرة واسعة في صناعة اختبار المنتجات.
- لديك معرفة جيدة بـ SASO و SABER و/أو SFDA.
- شخص مبيعات معترف به ولديه القدرة على البحث عن عملاء جدد وتطوير محفظة العملاء الخاصة به.
- مفاوض رائع، جيد في قراءة الأوضاع والعمل عبر الثقافات المختلفة.
- جيد في إدارة جدولك الزمني دون إشراف قريب.
- موجه نحو النتائج، مع شغف برعاية العملاء المتميزة.
- طلاقة في اللغة العربية والإنجليزية. أي لغات أخرى ستكون ميزة.
