Operations Manager
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operations for the business.
Operational Leadership & Strategy
- Manage and supervise cross-functional teams, including Business, Compliance & Risk, Finance, Customer Support, Technical Development, and Product Management
- Ensure operational readiness for multiple projects by orchestrating cross-departmental coordination
- Develop and implement operational strategies that are aligned with company goals such as, but not limited to; Standard Operational Procedures, workflows, and performance KPIs - translating the plans into actionable initiatives
- Align operational execution with business-approved objectives and regulatory requirements
- Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs. Documenting and maintaining operational procedures.
Customer Support Specialist
POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This individual will be the primary internal point of contact for all customer service matters, ensuring exceptional support for the business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of FinTech, particularly in the Digital Assets and Digital Banking space, and have proven experience in managing internal and/or external customer support teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of external customer support agents, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and FAQ resources
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system

Product Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle from conception through to launch and ongoing optimization

- Monitor and reconcile digital asset balances across multiple accounts and platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions
- Manage digital asset treasury operations, including portfolio allocation, risk assessment, and liquidity management
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities in the digital asset and DeFi space
- Implement and oversee robust internal controls to mitigate risks associated with digital asset transactions and ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations
