About the Job
We’re looking for a Videographer to join our marketing team and help us elevate our brand perception and bring properties to life through engaging, high-quality videos.
In real estate, visuals are everything – a video can spark curiosity, create emotional connections, and inspire decisions.
Your work will go beyond standard property walk-throughs, focusing on capturing the lifestyle, personality, and unique selling points of each property and aspect of our brand.
Qualifications
- A portfolio showcasing your previous video work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software).
- Motion graphics software skill is a plus.
- Experience with drone videography is a plus.
- Basic understanding of lighting and sound to enhance video quality.
- Strong storytelling skills to make videos more than just visuals – they should tell a story.

في مجال العقارات، الصور والفيديوهات هي كل شيء – يمكن للفيديو أن يثير الفضول، ويخلق اتصالات عاطفية، ويلهم القرارات.
سيكون عملك أبعد من جولات العقارات التقليدية، حيث ستركز على التقاط أسلوب الحياة، والشخصية، والنقاط الفريدة التي تميز كل عقار وكل جانب من جوانب علامتنا التجارية.
المؤهلات:
- محفظة تعرض أعمالك السابقة في الفيديو.
- إتقان برامج تحرير الفيديو (مثل Adobe Premiere، Final Cut Pro أو أي برنامج تحرير فيديو مشابه).
- مهارة في استخدام برامج الرسوم المتحركة (Motion Graphics) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في التصوير بالفيديو باستخدام الطائرات المسيرة (Drone) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- فهم أساسي للإضاءة والصوت لتحسين جودة الفيديو.
- مهارات قوية في سرد القصص لجعل الفيديوهات أكثر من مجرد صور – يجب أن تروي قصة.
أخصائي استقطاب المواهب (متحدث بالروسية)
عن الوظيفة: سيكون هذا الدور مسؤولًا عن العثور على وتوظيف أفضل المواهب لتلبية احتياجات المنظمة. يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي قادرًا على التواصل بشكل قوي، وفهم استراتيجيات التوظيف، وبناء علاقات قوية مع مديري التوظيف والمرشحين على حد سواء.
التوظيف والاستقطاب:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التوظيف لتحديد وجذب أفضل المواهب للعديد من الأدوار داخل الشركة.
- البحث عن المرشحين عبر قنوات متعددة، بما في ذلك مواقع الوظائف، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، إحالات الموظفين، الشبكات، وفعاليات التوظيف.
- إجراء المقابلات، تصفية السير الذاتية، وإدارة قوائم المرشحين بفعالية.
تجربة المرشح:
- إدارة تجربة المرشحين من خلال إبقاءهم على اطلاع خلال عملية التوظيف.
- تقديم ملاحظات بناءة وفي الوقت المناسب للمرشحين، مع الحفاظ على صورة مهنية وإيجابية للشركة.
