Job Details
The Logistics Assistant plays a key role in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the seamless movement of goods. This position involves maintaining accurate records, handling logistics documentation, and collaborating with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to optimize efficiency.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Accept and verify supply orders, checking item quantity, shelf life, and overall condition.
- Accurately receive shipments in the ERP or Inventory Management System.
- Ensure only approved goods are accepted through the designated channels.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Track expiry dates and issue items accordingly to minimize waste.
- Pick, pack, and load outbound shipments as per schedule.
- Process and fulfill store requests through various communication channels.
- Deliver requested items and update inventory records accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols for all warehouse staff.
- Issue, track, and manage uniform returns and re-issuance.
- Inspect and ensure periodic calibration of equipment as per QHSE standards.
- Collect and properly dispose of expired items from stations.
- Participate in annual audits and collaborate with the finance department.
Logistics Operations
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of medical gases, ensuring they remain at PAR.
- Deliver supply requests on schedule while keeping stations organized and free from excess packaging.
- Collect company assets and equipment as per the maintenance schedule.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials required for new projects.
- Ensure ambulances are fully stocked and prepared for deployment in new projects.
- Assist various departments by delivering necessary supplies for events and other activities.

يؤدي مساعد اللوجستيات دورًا أساسيًا في إدارة المخزون، وتنسيق الشحنات، وضمان حركة البضائع بسلاسة. يتطلب هذا الدور الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة، ومعالجة المستندات اللوجستية، والتعاون مع الموردين وشركاء النقل والفرق الداخلية لتحسين الكفاءة.
المسؤوليات
عمليات المستودع
- استلام والتحقق من أوامر التوريد، بما في ذلك الكمية وتاريخ الصلاحية والحالة العامة.
- استلام الشحنات بدقة في نظام تخطيط الموارد المؤسسية أو نظام إدارة المخزون.
- التأكد من قبول البضائع المعتمدة فقط عبر القنوات المخصصة.
- فرز وتنظيم وتخزين المخزون في المواقع المحددة.

- جمع أصول الشركة والمعدات وفقًا لجدول الصيانة.
- تنسيق تسليم المواد المطلوبة للمشاريع الجديدة.
- ضمان تجهيز سيارات الإسعاف بالكامل وجاهزيتها للانتشار في المشاريع الجديدة.
- مساعدة مختلف الأقسام من خلال تسليم المستلزمات اللازمة للفعاليات والأنشطة الأخرى.
