🔹 1- HSE Manager
📌 Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement health and safety policies on large-scale projects.
- Develop safety strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
- Provide periodic reports and analyses on HSE performance.
- Offer guidance and training to engineering teams on best safety practices.
- Investigate incidents and prepare analytical reports for corrective actions.
📌 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in occupational health and safety for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards like OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage large teams.

🔹 2- Mechanical Inspector
📌 Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor installation and testing of mechanical systems to ensure quality.
- Review blueprints and verify compliance with engineering standards.
- Supervise the execution of mechanical works, including HVAC, cooling, and plumbing systems.
- Prepare quality reports and ensure adherence to technical standards.
📌 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical inspection for infrastructure or building projects.

- Coordinate work with contractors and consultants to ensure proper execution.

- Conduct environmental impact assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

📌 المهام الوظيفية:

📌 المهام الوظيفية:

- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة 5+ سنوات في التفتيش الميكانيكي في مشاريع البنية التحتية أو المباني.
- معرفة جيدة بالمعايير الفنية مثل ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA.
- إجادة استخدام أدوات الفحص والتوثيق الميكانيكي.

📌 المهام الوظيفية:

- التحقق من التزام أعمال البناء بالمواصفات الإنشائية والهندسية.
- إعداد التقارير الهندسية حول تقدم العمل وإبلاغ الإدارة بأي مشكلات محتملة.
- مراجعة المواد والاختبارات الخاصة بالخرسانة والهياكل الفولاذية المستخدمة في الجسور.
- تنسيق العمل مع المقاولين والاستشاريين لضمان التنفيذ الصحيح للمشاريع.
📌 المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية.
- خبرة 5+ سنوات في مشاريع بناء الجسور أو البنية التحتية.

📌 المهام الوظيفية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الاستدامة في مشاريع البناء والبنية التحتية.
- التأكد من التزام المشاريع بمعايير المباني الخضراء مثل LEED, Estidama, WELL.
- تقديم المشورة حول حلول تقليل استهلاك الطاقة والمياه في المشاريع.
- إجراء تقييمات للأثر البيئي ووضع توصيات للحد من التأثيرات السلبية.
- التعاون مع فرق التصميم والهندسة لضمان دمج ممارسات الاستدامة.
📌 المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة البيئية أو المدنية أو المعمارية.
- خبرة 7+ سنوات في مجال الاستدامة والهندسة البيئية.
- شهادة LEED AP أو Estidama PQP ميزة إضافية.

📌 المهام الوظيفية:

- الإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال الخرسانة والمكونات الإنشائية والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات.
- التحقق من التزام فرق العمل بتعليمات السلامة والجودة.
- مراجعة المخططات الهندسية وضمان توافق التنفيذ مع التصميم المعتمد.
- إعداد التقارير اليومية حول تقدم العمل وإبلاغ الإدارة بأي مشاكل محتملة.
