A leading global consulting firm, renowned for its expertise in project management and construction consulting, is seeking an accomplished Procurement Director to spearhead its expanding procurement advisory services in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact projects, including NEOM and Vision 2030 initiatives, while playing a pivotal role in shaping procurement strategies for the region’s largest infrastructure programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic procurement frameworks for major capital and infrastructure projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Leverage existing client relationships to expand advisory services and secure new engagements.
Drive cost optimization, procurement transformation, and commercial strategy for large-scale projects.
Lead and grow a high-performing procurement advisory team, defining hiring strategies and operational structures.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to integrate best practices and cutting-edge procurement solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in senior procurement advisory roles within Riyadh or UAE.
Strong expertise in procurement frameworks, cost optimization, and transformation projects.
Hands-on experience managing procurement for large-scale capital or infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to scale and manage high-performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CIPS certification preferred.
