Ready to lead and drive factory operations? We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production processes, ensure quality standards, and manage a skilled team in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
Factory Operations Management
- Daily Supervision: Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of skilled workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Quality Control & Inspections
- Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Compliance: Ensure that all production processes meet quality standards and operational specifications.
Project Collaboration & Inventory Management
- Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
- Inventory & Procurement: Monitor inventory levels and oversee the procurement of materials to support production needs.
Process Improvement & Safety
- Process Optimization: Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production costs.
- Safety Regulations: Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the factory.
Reporting & Documentation
- Production Reports: Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, documenting progress and any issues for management review.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Joinery Supervisor, Foreman, or Senior Joiner.
- In-depth knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, materials, and woodworking machinery (including CNC).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Basic computer skills (for reporting, email communication, etc.).
- Relevant certification or diploma in carpentry/joinery is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in joinery or carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
إدارة العمليات في المصنع
- الإشراف اليومي: الإشراف وتنسيق عمليات المصنع اليومية، وضمان الالتزام بجداول الإنتاج ومعايير الجودة.
- قيادة الفريق: قيادة وتدريب وإدارة فريق من العمال المهرة، وتعزيز بيئة عمل تعاونية ومنتجة.
مراقبة الجودة والفحوصات
- الفحوصات المنتظمة: إجراء فحوصات منتظمة على الجودة لضمان الامتثال للمواصفات ومعايير الصناعة.
- الامتثال: ضمان أن جميع عمليات الإنتاج تفي بمعايير الجودة والمواصفات التشغيلية.
التعاون في المشاريع وإدارة المخزون
- التعاون: التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والأقسام الأخرى لضمان التنسيق مع متطلبات المشاريع والجداول الزمنية.
- المخزون والتوريد: مراقبة مستويات المخزون والإشراف على شراء المواد لدعم احتياجات الإنتاج.
تحسين العمليات والسلامة
- تحسين العمليات: تنفيذ تحسينات على العمليات لزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل الفاقد وتحقيق تحسين التكاليف الإنتاجية.
- قوانين السلامة: فرض قوانين السلامة وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة داخل المصنع.
التقارير والتوثيق
- تقارير الإنتاج: إعداد وصيانة تقارير إنتاج دقيقة، وتوثيق التقدم وأي مشكلات لعرضها على الإدارة.
المؤهلات والمهارات
- خبرة مثبتة كمشرف على النجارة أو فورمان أو نجار كبير.
- معرفة متعمقة بتقنيات النجارة والأدوات والمواد وآلات العمل الخشبية (بما في ذلك CNC).
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات.
- مهارات قيادة وتواصل قوية.
- مهارات حل المشكلات والقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات تحت الضغط.
- فهم لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة.
- مهارات الكمبيوتر الأساسية (لإعداد التقارير، والتواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني، وما إلى ذلك).
- يفضل شهادة أو دبلوم في النجارة/الخشب.
الخبرة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال النجارة أو الأعمال الخشبية، مع سنتين على الأقل في دور إشرافي.
