مهندس تصميم
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكاليروس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهيكلية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية (حسب التخصص).
الخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات في الهندسة التصميمية لمشاريع المباني التجارية.
المهارات:
- إتقان برامج التصميم والرسم مثل AutoCAD، Revit أو أدوات BIM مشابهة.
- فهم قوي لبرامج التحليل الهيكلي مثل STAAD.Pro، ETABS أو برامج التصميم MEP.
- معرفة عميقة بالكودات الإنشائية ولوائح السلامة والمعايير الصناعية.
- إلمام بمبادئ التصميم المستدام وحلول الطاقة الفعالة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- دقة التصميم: ضمان أن جميع التصاميم دقيقة ومتوافقة مع مواصفات ومعايير المشروع.
- الامتثال: تحقيق 100% من الامتثال للوائح المباني والمعايير البيئية.
- الكفاءة: تسليم مخرجات التصميم ضمن مواعيد المشروع مع الحد الأدنى من إعادة العمل.
- التعاون: تعزيز التنسيق بين المهندسين والمعماريين والمقاولين لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
- الابتكار: تقديم حلين ابتكاريين على الأقل سنويًا لتحسين الكفاءة أو تقليل التكاليف.
مشرف ورشة العمل
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- مسؤول عن تخصيص المهام وتدفق العمل في الورشة بما في ذلك جدولة المهام وتوزيع الفنيين على العمليات اليومية.
- تنسيق الموارد (العملية والبشرية) والجداول والأنشطة لإدارة المهام بشكل فعال.
- تحسين كفاءة العمل، تحقيق الأهداف وتقليل الأعمال المعادة.
- التعرف على احتياجات العملاء وشرح/عرض خدمات AMC لهم، بما في ذلك الوصف الفني للمنتجات وكيفية استخدامها.
- إعداد جميع العروض بدقة مع مراعاة القواعد والسياسات الخاصة بالشركة.
- متابعة العملاء للحصول على موافقات العروض.
- تحديد الموظفين الذين يحتاجون إلى تدريب مستمر وتنفيذ فرص تدريب لضمان تحسين مهاراتهم. العمل مع المتدربين والموظفين شبه المهرة كنموذج مهني.
- اقتراح الأدوات الخاصة للمهام والوظائف.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- المؤهل: دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو أعلى.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في المعدات الثقيلة / يفضل الخبرة مع وكلاء المعدات الثقيلة.
- المهارات: قدرة تقنية عالية، قراءة وكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية، معرفة جيدة بالحاسوب، معرفة قوية في المعدات الثقيلة من حيث الميكانيكا والكهرباء.
متخصص إماراتي
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- مراقبة أهداف التوطين (Emiratization): إجراء مراجعات دورية لأهداف التوطين عبر الأقسام لضمان الامتثال للوائح. تحديد المخاطر المحتملة أو القضايا غير المتوافقة وإبلاغ المدير المعني.
- دعم التوظيف: مساعدة فرق التوظيف في الأقسام في البحث عن المواهب الإماراتية المناسبة من خلال منصات نافييس وMOHRE.
- المعارض والفعاليات: تنظيم معارض توظيف وفعاليات مركزة على التوطين بالتعاون مع الجامعات وMOHRE لجذب المواهب الإماراتية.
- برامج التدريب والتطوير: التعاون مع الفرق لتصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية مخصصة للموظفين الإماراتيين لدعم تقدمهم الوظيفي.
- إدارة الأداء: التعاون مع الفرق لتوثيق الأهداف والمقاييس الخاصة بالموظفين الإماراتيين في النظام، وتقديم الدعم لهم لتحقيق أهدافهم المهنية.
- المشاركة والاحتفاظ بالموظفين: تنظيم مجموعات تركيز واستطلاعات دورية لمعرفة التحديات التي يواجهها الموظفون الإماراتيون والعمل على حلول لتحسين رضاهم.
