- HSE Manager
Role Overview and Responsibilities:
- Review contract documents for each construction package to ensure compliance with OSHE requirements and advise the Construction Manager of deficiencies.
- Review and advise the Project Director/Manager on on-site safety organizations and key personnel CVs as submitted by contractors.
- Develop and implement OSHE systems, continuously improving implementation across the project.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure all activities on-site comply with safety procedures.
- Monitor the performance of OSHE staff and report to the Project Director in case of any deficiencies.
- Lead HSE meetings and cooperate with all involved parties to ensure safety is a priority.
- Report HSE issues on behalf of the PMC as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the health and safety field, with at least 5 years in a managerial role and an EHS-related master’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of HSE practices, regulations, and compliance.
- Civil Inspector
Role Overview and Responsibilities:
- Monitor civil and architectural engineering efforts to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project engineers to ensure timely due diligence on safety, cost, quality, and schedule.
- Supervise specialist subcontractors, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of capital and expense projects for community development.
- Manage regional roads, landscaping, and infrastructure maintenance as per ADM standards.
- Enforce agreements with third-party service providers to ensure compliance with service scope.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in infrastructure and FM O&M projects.
- Strong communication and computer skills with excellent command of English.
- Construction Logistics Manager
Role Overview and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to implement safe, efficient, and workable logistics for the project.
- Work with contractors, particularly in dredging and marine, to ensure all logistical requirements are coordinated and delivered.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Teams to ensure risk assessments are reviewed and approved for logistics activities.
- Develop and manage traffic management plans, site logistics, and coordination between contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the efficient and effective allocation of materials, plant, and personnel resources in compliance with health and safety requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience in managing construction logistics, including marine and dredging activities.
- Strong understanding of logistical planning, including traffic movement and resource allocation.
- Excellent coordination skills to manage various contractors and ensure compliance with safety and logistical plans.
