Available Positions & Job Descriptions

1. General Foreman

  • A General Foreman oversees construction and fit-out projects, ensuring all work aligns with design specifications and quality standards. 
  • Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
  •  They must manage schedules, resolve operational challenges, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  •  The role requires leadership skills, the ability to interpret blueprints, and strong problem-solving abilities. 
  • Effective communication with project managers, engineers, and labor teams is essential to maintain workflow efficiency.

2. Foreman

  • A Foreman supervises and directs a team of workers, ensuring daily operations run smoothly. They assign tasks, monitor progress, and address issues that arise on-site.
  •  Their role involves maintaining work quality, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with project guidelines. 
  • Foremen must have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to train and mentor workers. 
  • They collaborate with engineers and project managers to optimize efficiency and ensure materials and equipment are utilized effectively.

3. Foreman Carpenter

  • A Foreman Carpenter specializes in overseeing carpentry tasks within joinery and fit-out projects. 
  • They lead a team of carpenters, ensuring precise execution of woodwork, furniture installation, and structural elements. 
  • Their duties include reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
  •  They must ensure compliance with safety regulations and project deadlines.
  •  Experience with power tools, woodworking techniques, and attention to detail are crucial for this role.

4. Senior Foreman Carpenter

  • A Senior Foreman Carpenter takes on advanced supervisory responsibilities, managing complex carpentry projects and high-level craftsmanship tasks. 
  • They oversee teams of carpenters, provide technical guidance, and resolve project-related challenges. 
  • This role involves ensuring material selection aligns with design requirements, maintaining efficiency, and coordinating work schedules. 
  • They also collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to meet quality standards.
  •  Leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to train junior carpenters are key to success in this position.

5. Team Leader (Chargehand)

  • A Team Leader (Chargehand) is responsible for guiding and supporting a team of skilled workers in executing joinery and fit-out tasks. 
  • They ensure smooth workflow, troubleshoot issues, and enforce safety measures. 
  • Their responsibilities include assigning daily tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality control.
  •  Strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to motivate a team are essential. 
  • They act as a bridge between the workforce and management, ensuring effective communication and efficient project execution.

الوظائف المتاحة ووصف المهام

1. المشرف العام (General Foreman)

  • المشرف العام مسؤول عن إدارة مشاريع البناء والتجهيزات الداخلية، وضمان تنفيذ العمل وفقًا للمواصفات والتصاميم القياسية.
  •  تشمل مسؤولياته الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع، التنسيق مع المقاولين الفرعيين، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة. 
  • يتعين عليه إدارة الجداول الزمنية، وحل المشكلات التشغيلية، وضمان إنجاز المشاريع في الوقت المحدد.
  •  كما يحتاج إلى مهارات قيادية، وقدرة على قراءة المخططات الهندسية، ومهارات تحليلية قوية.

2. المشرف (Foreman)

  • يشرف المشرف على فريق العمال، ويضمن سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة. 
  • تشمل مهامه توزيع المهام، مراقبة تقدم العمل، ومعالجة أي مشكلات تواجه الفريق. 
  • دوره يتطلب الحفاظ على جودة العمل، تنفيذ بروتوكولات السلامة، والالتزام بإرشادات المشروع. 
  • يجب أن يتمتع المشرف بمهارات قيادية قوية، وخبرة تقنية، والقدرة على تدريب وتوجيه العمال لضمان الكفاءة الإنتاجية.

3. مشرف نجارة (Foreman Carpenter)

  • متخصص في الإشراف على أعمال النجارة في مشاريع التجهيزات الداخلية. 
  • يقود فريق النجارين لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال الخشبية بدقة، وتركيب الأثاث، والعناصر الهيكلية وفق المواصفات.
  •  تشمل مهامه قراءة المخططات، قياس وقص المواد، والتأكد من تحقيق مستوى عالٍ من الحرفية. 
  • يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة واسعة في استخدام الأدوات الكهربائية، وتقنيات النجارة، والالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة.

4. مشرف نجارة أول (Senior Foreman Carpenter)

  • يتمتع مشرف النجارة الأول بمسؤوليات إشرافية متقدمة، حيث يدير مشاريع نجارة معقدة ويتعامل مع مهام الحرفية المتقدمة.
  •  يشرف على فرق النجارين، ويوفر التوجيه الفني، ويحافظ على الكفاءة التشغيلية.
  •  يشمل دوره اختيار المواد المناسبة، تنسيق الجداول الزمنية، وضمان تنفيذ العمل وفقًا للمعايير المطلوبة. 
  • يتطلب هذا الدور قيادة قوية، خبرة تقنية عميقة، والقدرة على تدريب الحرفيين الجدد.

5. قائد فريق (Chargehand)

  • مسؤول عن قيادة فريق من العمال المهرة في تنفيذ مهام النجارة والتجهيزات الداخلية.
  •  تشمل مسؤولياته تنظيم سير العمل، حل المشكلات، وضمان إجراءات السلامة. 
  • يعمل على توزيع المهام اليومية، متابعة الإنتاجية، وضمان مراقبة الجودة.
  •  يحتاج قائد الفريق إلى مهارات تنظيمية قوية، خبرة تقنية، والقدرة على تحفيز الفريق لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بكفاءة وجودة عالية.
