General Description:
- Update milestones and schedules for Global Ocean Freight.
- Ensure the accurate and timely update of milestones and schedules for the movement of cargo to and from specific locations within the standard timeline set by the company.
Key Tasks:
- Daily vet the data from data dashboards and user interface, performing tasks based on different statuses.
- Make decisions regarding the most accurate events from different data sources.
- Add or update the source data before sending it.
- Proactively compare data from different sources and make adjustments to the information in the user interface if necessary.
- Timely and accurate completion of tasks in the user interface.
- Click DO SEND/DO NOT SEND for each event in the user interface.
- Resolve any issues that arise concerning events/schedules from Virtual Operators.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Work experience in a global forwarding/logistics company.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in other languages (written and spoken) is an added advantage.

تحديث المراحل والجداول الزمنية لشحنات الشحن البحري العالمية. ضمان التحديث الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب للمراحل والجداول الزمنية لحركة البضائع من وإلى المواقع المحددة ضمن الجدول الزمني القياسي للشركة.
المهام الرئيسية:
- التحقق يومياً من البيانات من لوحات البيانات، واجهة المستخدم، وتنفيذ المهام بناءً على الحالات المختلفة.
- اتخاذ القرارات بشأن الأحداث الأكثر دقة من مصادر البيانات المختلفة.
- إضافة أو تحديث البيانات المصدر قبل إرسال البيانات.
- مقارنة البيانات من مصادر مختلفة بشكل استباقي وإجراء التعديلات على المعلومات في واجهة المستخدم إذا لزم الأمر.
- إتمام المهام في واجهة المستخدم بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- الضغط على "إرسال" / "لا ترسل" لكل حدث في واجهة المستخدم.
- حل أي مشكلات تتعلق بالأحداث/الجداول الزمنية من المشغلين الافتراضيين.
المؤهلات:
- الحد الأدنى من سنة واحدة من الخبرة.
- خبرة العمل في شركة شحن/لوجستيات عالمية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
- لغات أخرى (كتابة وتحدثاً) ستكون ميزة إضافية.
