Job Details
Reporting to the Procurement Director, the Procurement Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing procurement strategies to support the timely completion of real estate projects. This position involves strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and ensuring procurement processes align with company objectives.
Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with company goals.
- Evaluate, select, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Project Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers and real estate development teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Ensure procurement activities align with project schedules and meet quality standards.
Supplier Management
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key suppliers, conducting regular performance assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
Cost Optimization
- Monitor market trends and conduct cost analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement cost management strategies while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain through effective risk management strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal stakeholders across departments to align procurement goals with company objectives.

المسؤوليات
المشتريات الاستراتيجية
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط مشتريات استراتيجية متوافقة مع أهداف الشركة.
- تقييم واختيار والتفاوض مع الموردين لتأمين شروط وعقود مميزة.
التعاون مع المشاريع
- العمل عن كثب مع مديري المشاريع وفرق التطوير العقاري لفهم متطلبات المشاريع والجداول الزمنية.
- ضمان توافق أنشطة المشتريات مع الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع والالتزام بمعايير الجودة.
إدارة الموردين
- بناء وإدارة علاقات قوية مع الموردين الرئيسيين، وإجراء تقييمات أداء دورية.
- تحفيز مبادرات التحسين المستمر مع الموردين لتعزيز الجودة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
تحسين التكاليف
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق وإجراء تحليلات للتكاليف لتحديد فرص التوفير.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات فعالة لإدارة التكاليف مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الجودة.
الامتثال وإدارة المخاطر
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصناعة والمتطلبات القانونية وسياسات الشركة.
- تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر المحتملة في سلسلة التوريد من خلال استراتيجيات فعالة لإدارة المخاطر.
التعاون بين الإدارات
- العمل مع الأطراف المعنية داخليًا عبر مختلف الأقسام لضمان توافق أهداف المشتريات مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة.
