Head of Partnerships & BD
About the job:
This role is with a Calyptus partner.
As Head of Partnerships & BD at Eco, you will:
- Grow our product and partner ecosystem (The Ecosystem...) through protocol launch and beyond
- Be a face of our protocol and our Bend product, and an expert on both of them, to partners and customers throughout the web3 space
- Develop the foundational components of our business development capability, including the development of team processes, the requisite tech stack, the goals for Eco and Bend, and more
- Build relationships with relevant prospects and stakeholders to ensure that the business development pipeline is generating conversions for our protocol and Bend at a high pace
- Develop a strong pipeline of partnerships for our protocol and Bend, driving growth with user activity, volume, and product development
- Ensure rapid expansion into new markets that align with product and business goals and allow for a healthy, forward-looking growth of our products
We’re looking for you if:
- You have previous successful experience (i.e., a company with a proven track record with success milestones related to product or acquisition) as a tech startup operator in a similar business development leadership role
- You have a demonstrated track record of creative dealmaking, negotiating the most favorable terms aligned towards product and company goals, while iterating rapidly on improving future process with new partners
- You have experience taking a BD function zero:one, as well as managing and scaling business development teams
- You’re not done yet; you want to go back to early stage, with all the hustle that requires
- You’re highly proficient with business development tech tools and other general digital organizational tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, etc.)
Nice-to-haves:
- 3+ years of experience in Web3 or high, provable passion for Web3
- Web3 product strategy experience

ML Engineer
About the job:
This role is with a Calyptus partner.
As part of the Founding Team, you'll be at the forefront of defining how AI orchestration works at scale. You will co-lead and propel our Machine Learning team to define how Human x AI orchestration works at scale. Working in tandem with our CTO, you will develop and integrate sophisticated orchestration systems that intelligently coordinate between a multitude of AI models, emerging tooling, and human workers. NLP and agent orchestration are key to this role.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of professional machine learning experience or applied research in a related field
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Demonstrated experience with LLM frameworks and agent building architectures
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimisation techniques

We’re seeking a Founding Design Engineer to build and own our UI products. The ideal candidate combines strong product design sensibilities with advanced frontend engineering capabilities to create exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and implement our UI products and design system
- Build high-performance, responsive, and animated web applications using Next.js and TypeScript
- Drive product design decisions through user research, metrics, and technical constraints

Staff Software Engineer Non-EVM
About the job:
This role is with a Calyptus partner.
Your Impact:
- Lead the integration of our applications into Non-EVM blockchains.
- Work closely with fellow engineers to build the end-to-end experience for your products, including but not limited to dApps, data services, smart contracts, monitoring, and tooling.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in Web3.
- 7-10+ years of professional programming experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one Smart Contract programming language (Solidity, Rust, FunC, Move).
- Solid understanding of blockchain concepts, such as consensus algorithms and cryptography.
- Firm understanding of API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with backend development and concurrent programming.
- Projects where one has led a complex integration and/or feature that included numerous internal/external lateral/vertical stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Desired:
- Experience with distributed systems and p2p networking.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in an async team setting.
- Have participated in hackathons or demonstrated hands-on development work via personal projects (active GitHub profile).
