المؤهلات:
- - درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة أو إدارة الطاقة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المصانع أو تشغيلها أو صيانتها، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال الطاقة المتجددة أو صناعة توليد الطاقة.
- أثبت قدراته القيادية، مع القدرة على إلهام وتحفيز الفرق لتحقيق التميز التشغيلي وأهداف الأداء.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات، مع القدرة على تحليل القضايا المعقدة، وتطوير حلول عملية، واتخاذ قرارات تعتمد على البيانات.
