Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman for 5+ years.
- Approval from ADNOC as Civil Foreman is mandatory.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

Mechanical QC Engineer (Rotating Equipment)
Job Description:
- Assist in preparing quality documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Monitor all phases required for the effective completion of mechanical works, including design, procurement, and construction.
- Ensure implementation of Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans.
- Manage inspection and testing of mechanical works, including QC Inspectors.
- Monitor calibration of measurement and testing instruments.
- Liaise with 3rd Party Testing/Inspection companies.
- Perform statistical analysis of test data.
- Assist construction personnel to resolve issues and non-conformances.
- Advise the QC Manager on non-conformances.
- Assist in periodic audits of subcontractors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience (ADNOC experience is a plus).
- Full EPC experience in O&G projects.
- Good command of the English language.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP 3.1 / ASNT L2 – PT, MT.
- Knowledgeable in rotating equipment and NDT methods.
Permit to Work Coordinator
Job Description:
- Manage and implement the Permit to Work system to ensure compliance with ADNOC Onshore standards and safety policies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on PTW activities using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Interpret technical drawings and identify potential risks.
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Field Risk Assessments (FRA).
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote safety culture.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure safety protocols during work activities.
- Maintain and validate certifications, including WMS certification.
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience in Permit to Work coordination.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, safety, or a related field.
