Job Details
The Aftersales Administrator will plan and manage aftersales operations to achieve operational targets by developing and analyzing business plans in alignment with regional management. This role includes maintaining service and warranty records, processing invoices and warranty claims, coordinating with customers, and generating reports to support department operations.
Responsibilities
Aftersales Operations Management
- Plan and oversee aftersales activities to meet operational goals.
- Develop and analyze business plans aligned with regional management objectives.
Service and Warranty Coordination
- Maintain accurate service and warranty records.
- Process invoices and warranty claims efficiently.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service updates and follow-ups.
Reporting and Process Optimization
- Generate aftersales reports to support operational efficiency.
- Assist in improving department processes to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail commercial vehicle aftersales, preferably in a managerial role.

- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Monitoring & Implementation: Capability to oversee processes and ensure smooth execution.
- Problem-Solving & Awareness: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.

- Business Function Knowledge: Understanding of interrelated business operations.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English is a must.

سيكون مسؤول ما بعد البيع مسؤولًا عن تخطيط وإدارة عمليات ما بعد البيع لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية المحددة من خلال تطوير وتحليل خطط العمل بما يتماشى مع الإدارة الإقليمية. يشمل هذا الدور الاحتفاظ بسجلات الخدمة والضمان، ومعالجة الفواتير والمطالبات، والتنسيق مع العملاء، وإعداد التقارير لدعم عمليات القسم.
المسؤوليات
إدارة عمليات ما بعد البيع
- التخطيط والإشراف على أنشطة ما بعد البيع لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية.
- تطوير وتحليل خطط العمل المتماشية مع أهداف الإدارة الإقليمية.
تنسيق الخدمة والضمان
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للخدمة والضمان.
- معالجة الفواتير والمطالبات الضمانية بكفاءة.
- التنسيق مع العملاء لتقديم تحديثات الخدمة والمتابعة المستمرة.
إعداد التقارير وتحسين العمليات
- إعداد تقارير ما بعد البيع لدعم كفاءة العمليات.
- المساهمة في تحسين إجراءات القسم لتعزيز جودة الخدمة.
المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات
التعليم والخبرة
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في قطاع ما بعد البيع للمركبات التجارية، ويفضل أن تكون في دور إداري.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إدارة الوقت: القدرة على تحديد الأولويات بفعالية والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- المتابعة والتنفيذ: القدرة على مراقبة العمليات وضمان التنفيذ السلس.
- حل المشكلات والوعي: نهج استباقي في التعرف على التحديات ومعالجتها.
- التفكير التحليلي: مهارات استنتاجية قوية لاتخاذ قرارات فعالة.
- معرفة وظائف الأعمال: فهم العمليات التجارية المختلفة وكيفية تداخلها.
