We are seeking a Yard Supervisor for our Dubai Region, responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining the yard to ensure machines are arranged, cleaned, and presented according to company standards. The Yard Supervisor will work closely with product line engineers and various departments to manage yard activities, stock transfers, service orders, customer complaints, and weekly reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Yard Arrangement: Ensure machines are systematically parked, aligned, and presented well.
- Machine and Yard Cleaning: Coordinate with engineers to maintain cleanliness and organization of both the yard and machines.
- Stock Transfers: Oversee stock transfers to ensure the yard is well-stocked with machines.
- Service Order Monitoring: Track and monitor the status of service orders for timely completion.
- Customer Complaint Management: Register and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
- Zoomlink Promotion and QR Code Binding: Promote Zoomlink and manage QR code binding for equipment.
- Weekly Reporting: Submit reports on dispatch, stock counts, and operational insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in yard/warehouse supervision, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.

- Familiarity with stock management and reporting.

➤ Prepare all necessary documents for smooth transit of products from origin to destination
➤ Monitor the export/import procedure, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements
➤ Follow up on Exit Documents and ensure timely submission to customs authorities
➤ Liaise with warehouse teams to check product availability
➤ Review and negotiate contracts with carriers to manage logistics costs
➤ Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
➤ Coordinate with ports, customs, RTA, and other government departments
➤ Perform necessary documentation and system updates
Requirements:
4+ years of UAE logistics experience
1 year JAFZA experience (preferred)
1 year RTA experience
Experience in vehicle registration
3+ years in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and inventory management
Strong understanding of Custom clearance, Compliance, Shipping documents, LCs, and INCO terms
Experience with UPS, FedEx, and MS Office applications
Quick learner, adaptable, with excellent multi-tasking abilities
Good communication skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team

We are currently looking for a professional CREDIT ANALYST to assess our customers' creditworthiness. You will analyze financial data to evaluate the likelihood of a borrower fulfilling their financial obligations and minimize risk.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Conduct site surveys, visit customers (may require travel to other countries or cities), investigate customer operations and project statuses, and write credit investigation reports.
➤ Develop and maintain third-party financial channels, survey third-party policies, and assist the Sales Department in financing business.
➤ Oversee overdue management, track overdue progress monthly with the Sales Department, and ensure effective follow-up for collections. Send emails and visit customers for long-term overdue cases.
➤ Maintain relationships with law firms, visit regularly, and stay updated on legal knowledge.
➤ Research the construction machinery market, study competitors' sales policies, and regularly write reports.
➤ Communicate with sales staff, participate in equipment sales negotiations, and offer risk control recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields. Master’s or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial institutions; experience in the construction machinery industry is preferred.
Familiarity with risk control investigation processes.
Strong skills in writing credit reports.
Expertise in asset analysis, risk assessment, financial analysis, and negotiations.
CFA, FRM, CPA, and similar qualifications are a plus.
Knowledge of the local legal environment and corporate rules.
A valid UAE driving license is required.
