المهام الوظيفية
- إدارة العمليات اللوجستية – الإشراف على استلام الأجزاء، التخزين، الالتقاط، التوزيع، التصدير، والعمليات المخزنية.
- إدارة المواد – ضمان التخزين السليم، وضع العلامات، والامتثال لمعايير السلامة البيئية.
- التحكم بالمخزون – تنفيذ جرد دوري، فحص المخزون، وتقديم التقارير اللازمة.
- الصيانة والتوزيع – الإشراف على إصلاح المواد، ترتيب الأولويات، والتخلص من الخردة.
- الأداء والامتثال – مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI)، أوقات الإنجاز (TATs)، ومتطلبات السلامة والتدقيق.
- قيادة الفريق – إدارة الموظفين، جداول الورديات، التدريب، وتقييم الأداء.
- التنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية – العمل مع المفتشين، أمناء المخازن، والمستخدمين النهائيين لضمان سلاسة العمليات.
المتطلبات
- الخبرة:
- 5+ سنوات في بيئة صيانة الطائرات (يفضل العسكرية).
- 3+ سنوات في التوزيع الجوي والإشراف اللوجستي.
- المؤهلات: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
- المهارات الفنية:
- فهم عمليات المشتريات، الشحن، والاستلام.
- معرفة المواد الخطرة ومتطلبات التعبئة الخاصة.
- إلمام بـ تخطيط المواد وأنظمة Oracle cMRO.

Your Role
- Maintenance Test Flights – Conduct acceptance test flights, pre/post phase test flights, and operational checks.
- Aircraft Troubleshooting – Identify and resolve discrepancies in engines, fuselage, and control surfaces.
- Flight Safety & Documentation – Ensure proper pre-flight and post-flight inspections, system tests, and recordkeeping.
- Collaboration – Work with maintenance teams, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to enhance flight operations.
- Mission Readiness – Validate weight balance, fuel supply, mission equipment, and emergency functions.
Requirements
- Education:
- High school/diploma graduate (BS degree in aviation preferred).
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid Commercial Pilot License (or higher) with AW139 type rating.
- Ability to pass and maintain FAA, EASA, or GCAA equivalent Class II flight physical.
- Ability to pass hands-on flight evaluation.
