Duties and Responsibilities:
Contract Administration & Coordination with Payments:
- Oversee and coordinate all contractual matters related to the project post-tender, ensuring compliance with the terms outlined in contracts and agreements.
- Manage and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including any amendments or modifications required.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of payments in accordance with contracts.
Quantity Take-offs:
- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate measurements for pricing and cost estimation purposes.
Budgeting & Cash Flow Management:
- Develop and maintain project budgets, including regular updates and forecasts.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow reports, ensuring that the project remains financially on track and within budget.
Payment Certification & Submissions:
- Prepare, finalize, and submit monthly and interim payment certifications, ensuring compliance with contract terms and project milestones.
- Track and monitor payments, ensuring timely processing and addressing any discrepancies.
Commercial Reporting:
- Provide regular updates and reports on all commercial aspects of the project, including financial status, project progress, cost control, and contract compliance.
- Monitor and report on the project’s budget status, including variations approved, pending, and anticipated.
Cost Reporting & Variations Management:
- Monitor and review monthly cost reports, including certified costs, payments made, variations, and anticipated variations.
- Ensure all variations are managed, processed, and recorded accurately.
Claims & Change Management:
- Administer and control the claims and change management processes, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution of any contract changes or disputes.
Team Collaboration & Commercial Success:
- Work closely with the commercial teams of consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Integrate the efforts of all project teams, ensuring the financial success of the project through diligent contract and cost management.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production InCharge- Steel Fabrication
Major Functions Include
- To receive drawing packages & requisitions, ensuring the availability of all data required for our process.
- Assistance to shop monthly plan preparation based on the project forward load chart & site sequential requirements.
- Allocation of fabrication drawings among all fabrication bays based on the given weekly/monthly plan & loading pattern.
- Revision & hold control of fabrication drawings and continuous updating to production bays.
- To carry out production progress monitoring to ensure the works are done as per the given plan and to initiate countermeasure action whenever it is lacking.
- Ensuring the changes in fabrication drawings/requirements during or after production are documented through change orders for additional claims.
- Periodical progress reporting to the project team.
- Coordination with all concerned for the shop floor activities like drawing queries, free issue materials, erection sequence & site requirements, etc.
- Sections raw materials forecasting for the available drawings & arrangement in coordination with the projects team to ensure sufficient raw materials are available to carry out the production.
- Preparation of sections nesting plans & materials requisitions and distribution to the CNC shop & material control department to start raw materials preparation.
- Coordination with the projects & design team for the shop splicing approvals.
- Maintenance of related database on raw materials receipt status, offcuts availability, cutting plan release status, etc., and related documents in order.
- Preparation of raw materials reconciliation statements and consequently monitoring & controlling the effective usage of raw materials to reduce scrap margin & offcuts generation.
- Responsibility for the quality of the product produced and for creating value through process improvement with a clear focus on safety, quality, and production.
