In conjunction with the Training Manager, you will plan, manage and organise your time to ensure the required balance between training development and delivery is met.
This is a hybrid role, based at our client site in Dubai and involving travel around the GCC.
Job Summary
- Act as a brand Ambassador for the client, displaying at all times, enthusiasm, knowledge, brand values, and behaviours of both companies.
- Develop and localize global training materials as approved with the client, including any variations in content or languages as required.
- Deliver approved training materials in line with dealer training needs and the training schedule as published. This will be both IBT and VCT and delivered in both Arabic and English.
- Follow a process of continuous improvement in the development and delivery methodology of all training materials.
- Make recommendations for innovation and the use of technologies to improve the overall learner experience and competence.

Your Job
- Serve as the link between key customer contacts and internal teams while resolving (technical) issues and problems faced by customers, handling complaints and improvement requests.
- Support the customer proactively in using the Omnevo Software Suite and ePos devices and identify further training needs.
- Work closely with key account management and the BI/Analytics team in Morocco to set up continuous reporting on sales data and completeness of data in the back office.
- Provide the Omnevo helpdesk team with background information on request and issues raised by the customer.
- Maintain communication during larger incidents, coordinate post-mortem meetings, and provide summary reports with action items to the customer and Omnevo product team.
- Support hardware requests and SLA reporting with hardware suppliers for ePos.

As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will take the leadership role in consulting engagements and assume responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing high-quality deliverables.
