What You’ll Do
Position Summary:
Based in Bain’s Dubai office, you will support the ME Assistant General Counsel in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal contracts.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Contract Support:
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal contracts, including:
- Consulting engagement agreements
- Confidentiality agreements
- Vendor and independent contractor agreements
- Third-party access agreements
- Other types of agreements as required
Directly negotiate or support the negotiation of agreements to ensure terms are acceptable to Bain.
Clearly and concisely communicate assessment of legal issues to internal clients and/or the ME Assistant General Counsel.
Coordinate the review and feedback process with other stakeholders.
Review and prepare responses to RFPs.
Manage and utilize various systems and software tools used in the contracting process, such as automated contract review tools and contract management systems.
Efficiently handle multiple contracts and legal matters simultaneously.
