We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer – Freshers
Kickstart your career with Brothers Gas, a leading name in the gas sector! We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates ready to grow and excel in the dynamic field of sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Act as a point of contact between the company and its markets.
🔹 Build relationships with potential and existing customers through cold calling and meetings.
🔹 Sell industrial gases and expand market share with new clients, including Facility Management Companies and end-users.
🔹 Prepare proposals and manage project sales and customer service.
🔹 Submit activity reports and maintain an updated customer database.
🔹 Achieve sales turnover targets set by the management and close orders through follow-ups.
🔹 Engage in client meetings and visits to explore new business opportunities.
Requirements:
✅ Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or equivalent.
✅ Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
✅ Customer service-oriented and eager to learn.
✅ UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
✅ Fresh graduates with a valid UAE license are highly encouraged to apply!

🔹 إعداد العروض وإدارة مبيعات المشاريع وخدمة العملاء.
🔹 تقديم تقارير الأنشطة والحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات العملاء محدثة.
🔹 تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة من قبل الإدارة وإغلاق الطلبات من خلال المتابعة.
🔹 المشاركة في الاجتماعات مع العملاء والزيارات لاستكشاف فرص عمل جديدة.
المتطلبات: ✅ شهادة هندسة (ميكانيكية، كيميائية، كهربائية) أو ما يعادلها.
✅ مهارات قوية في العرض التقديمي، الاتصال والتنظيم.
✅ مهتم بخدمة العملاء وراغب في التعلم.
✅ رخصة قيادة إماراتية (إلزامية).
✅ الخريجون الجدد الحاصلون على رخصة إماراتية سارية يشجعون على التقديم!
