Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules for high-rise construction projects.
- Collaborate with the site team to track actual daily productivity and update the productivity plan accordingly.
- Use project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to monitor project progress.
- Ensure all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Provide regular reports and updates on project status to management.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in high-rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Proven experience as a planning engineer with expertise in managing construction schedules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

الشروط
- درجة بكاليروس في الهندسة أو إدارة البناء أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مشاريع البناء الشاهقة.
- معرفة قوية بأدوات إدارة المشاريع وبرامج الجدولة (مثل Primavera و MS Project).
- خبرة مثبتة كمهندس تخطيط مع التخصص في إدارة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع.
- مهارات تحليل وحل مشكلات قوية.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون ممتازة.
